Question types: multiple choice (shuffled four-option or column-based layout on wider screens), numeric input, text matching with flexible accept rules (spaces, semicolons, commas, periods converted). Real-time tracking: current streak (with flame icon), best streak across sessions (localStorage), score ratio (correct/total), and percentage this session. Milestone notifications at 5, 10, 20, 50 consecutive correct. Four toggles control question mix; questions avoid consecutive repeats.
